  • Northern Rye is looking for a skilled baker to join the team at our production bakehouse.

    This role covers both artisan bread and viennoiserie, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys

    working with long-fermented doughs as well as laminated pastry.

    You will be part of the team producing bread, croissants, danishes and seasonal products for our

    shops and wholesale customers.

    This is a hands-on role in a busy production bakery where quality, consistency and teamwork are key.

  • We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Shop Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. Working primarily at our Ouseburn site, though flexible to cover at all locations, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the smooth running of our stores, ensuring our customers receive the warm, knowledgeable service that defines Northern Rye, and helping to drive the business forward.
