Ampersand
UK batch churned cultured butter made using Jersey and Guernsey herd cow milk, a heathly bacteria culture and Himalyan pink rock salt. We use this on our house classic sandwich, the Jambon-Beurre and it is available to buy in the shop
Block and Bottle
This multi-award winning free range butcher supply us with our meat used in our sandwiches, pastries and sausage rolls.
Meat, Salt, Smoke
The team behind Block and Bottle also supply all our charcuterie needs. They make artisanal hand-crafted salami and charcuterie, using locally reared free range meat.
Gilchester’s Organics Flour
This is the ‘Rye’ in Northern Rye. Gilchesters is situated two miles north of Hadrian’s Wall, where they combine the traditional art of stone milling with quality grains from nature. Their rye flour is used in our breads and their whole range of flours are available to buy in our shop.
Notes Coffee
Notes coffee beans are always sourced directly from farmers and focus on high grade, single origin small batch coffee production. We use Notes for our house espresso and it is also available to buy in our shop.
Kimchi Planet
Based in Shieldfield, Newcastle, this Korean street food café, are the supplier of the kimchi for our growing cult classic grilled cheese sandwich, the ‘Kimcheese’.
Land Chocolate
Award winning bean to bar chocolate made in Hackney, London. The Land collection celebrates the world’s finest cacao and supplies us with drinking chocolate and bars for our shop.
Minor Figures
Our oat milk is from Minor Figures, a London based coffee roastery who produce a dairy alternative with a creamy but clean texture and a micro-foam when steamed.
Life Kombucha
Small batch brewed Kombucha in the heart of Newcastle. This delicious non-alcoholic fermented tea is rich in anti-oxidants, acetic acid, enzymes and anti-oxidants that aids digestion.
40 Kola
All natural, no-nonsense soft drinks with none of the nasty stuff but all of the taste. 40 Kola are a Newcastle based drinks company.
Marlish Water
Marlish spring water is sourced from the hills of Northumberland and takes 150 years to slowly filter through the rocks acquiring its pure quality and fine taste.
Whizzed Up Nut Butter
Almond butter with a twist. Every batch of every flavour is made by hand in Newcastle with wholesome ingredients. Sweet and savoury flavours are available in our shop.
Estate Tea Co
Estate Tea co supply a range of loose leaf teas for our shop and are an independent tea merchants, specialising in single estate small batch fine quality loose leaf teas, based in Newcastle.
Northumbrian Eggs
We get all our eggs from this Northumbrian based company. Their hens are free woodland ranging so welfare and tastiness are guaranteed.
Northumbrian Pedigree Milk
This Northumbrian farm, near Slaley, produce a high quality non-homogenised milk and cream from their herd of pedigree dairy Shorthorn and Ayreshire cattle. We use their milk in our bakery and also in our shop.
